摘要 在现有活塞式压缩试验装置的基础上,设计了液压传动装置和控制系统、气压转动装置及控制系统、数据采集分析系统,构建了生物质振动压缩固体成型试验系统,并在成型活塞轴向叠加振动、成型模具轴向叠加振动及不叠加振动等3种工况下进行了验证分析。试验表明:振动的引入有利于克服成型燃料棒与模具壁的摩擦力和燃料棒的内应力,从而使生物质固体成型过程的保型段时间明显缩短,大大降低了压缩过程的能耗,提高了生产率。 On the basis of existing biomass compressed set-up,hydraulic transmission and control system,pneumatic transmission and control system,data acquisition system were designed to build an experimental system of biomass solidifications under assisted vibration in this paper.Tests on the experimental system were conducted under three conditions:when axial assisted vibration exerted on piston,axial assisted vibration exerted on die,as well as without assisted vibration.The results show that,the vibration can decrease friction between biomass fuel and the mold wall and internal stress set up biomass,so that the process of biomass solidification is significantly shortened.Then the energy consumption is lower,the production efficiency is enhanced in compress process.
