摘要
为提高女大学生健美操运动员选材、训练的科学化水平,以普通高校在校女大学生为研究对象,采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对涉及女大学生健美操运动员的22项身体素质项目进行研究分析。研究表明:女大学生健美操运动员身体素质结构主要由柔韧力量、速度力量、爆发耐力、协调性等4个因子组成;制订出女大学生健美操运动员身体素质模型、单项身体素质和综合身体素质发展水平评价标准,为高校健美操教练员选材、训练提供科学依据。
In order to improve the talent identification and scientific training level of female college students aerobic athletes, taking college femlae students as research objects, using the method of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on 22 physical fitness indexes involved in the female college students' aerobics athletes. The result shows that the fitness structure of female college students' aerobic athletes mainly consists of flexible strength, speed strength, explosive endurance and coordination. The model to develop female students' aerobics athletes' physical fitness, individual physical fitness and comprehensive development level of physical fitness evaluation standards are made. The main purpose is to provide the scientific basis for college aerobic coaches' talent identification and training.
