新疆维、汉、哈、柯族大学生乳酸阈心率的实验研究

Experimental study of lactate threshold heart rate on college students of Uygour,Han, Kirks,Kazak in Xinjiang

探讨新疆维、汉、哈、柯族大学生的乳酸阈心率特征，为进一步揭示新疆4个民族大学生生理机能和能量代谢的规律，以及在体育教学和运动健身中选取适宜的运动强度提供实验依据。以160名维、汉、哈、柯族大学生为研究对象，采用5级递增负荷跑的方法，进行递增负荷实验，并对其血乳酸和心率进行测定。结果显示：新疆维、汉、哈、柯族大学生的乳酸阈分别为3．91、3．59、3．25和3．66mmol／L，与之相对应的乳酸阈心率，分别为76％～88％、71％～83％、66％～78％和70％～83％HRmax。结果表明：新疆维、汉、哈、柯族大学生有氧代谢能力存在一定差异，在学校体育教学、体育锻炼和运动处方的制定过程中，针对不同民族大学生，采用不同的运动强度，以及制订不同的学校体育考核标准都十分必要。

Objective： To investigate the lactate threshold heart rate on college students of Uygur, Han, Kazak, Kirgiz in Xinjiang,in order to further reveal the 4 minority students physiological function and energy metabolism, and provide the experimental basis for the selection of appropriate exercise intensity in physical e2ducation and sports fitness. Methods： 160 students of Uygur, Han, Kazak,Kirgiz as the research object,using the method of level 5 incremental load running, and the blood lactic acid and heart rate were measured. Results：the lactate threshold of 4 minority college students is 3. 91mmol/L, 3. 59mmol/L, 3. 25mmol/L and 3.66mmol/L. Corresponding to the lactate threshold heart rate is 76%-88 % HRmax, 71%-83 % HRmax,66%-78 % HRmax and 70%-83 % HRmax. Conclusion：The college students of Wei, Han, Kazak, Kirgiz have different aerobic metabolism ability, and it is necessary to make different intensity, different school physical examination standard for different national college students in the process of school physical education, physical exercise and exercise prescription in Xinjiang.
