This paper introduced the Heilongjiang Agricultural Politic Analysis Model, which designed by Professor Siegfried Bauer and Doctor Monika Kesting worked at Giessen University in Germany. This model is no-linear property model and especially designed for agricultural. Department of Heilongjiang Province according to general equilibrium and welfare economic theory.This model can simulate the affective results of regional agriculture at market economy as economic factors and police measures have changed. This paper verified this model feasibility by example and suggested to Heilongjiang provincially agricultural production.
