多层螺旋CT对急性右下腹疼痛的诊断价值

目的评估多层螺旋CT对急性右下腹疼痛的诊断价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析36例经临床证实的急性右下腹疼痛的CT表现。结果36例患者中急性阑尾炎19例,其中合并阑尾周围脓肿2例。妇科盆腔疾病患者6例,其中右侧附件区囊肿并感染3例,右侧盆腔异位妊娠破裂出血1例,卵泡破裂出血1例,急性输卵管炎1例。泌尿系患者6例,其中右侧输尿管结石并结石以上输尿管扩张积水4例,右侧输尿管及右肾、肾周炎性改变2例。肠道疾病患者5例,其中肠梗阻2例,升结肠肿瘤并穿孔1例,升结肠憩室并炎性改变1例,回盲部淋巴结炎1例。结论多层螺旋CT对急性右下腹疼痛的诊断具有客观、简便、快速、准确的应用价值,为首选的影像检查方法。

Objective To study multislice SCT diagnosis evaluation and clinical signiifcance of the acute right lower quadrant pain. Methods The CT apearances in 36 cases with acute right lower quadrant pain were analyzed retrospectively, which were conformed by pathlogy. Results Among 36 cases of lesions, SCT showed 19 cases of acute appendicitis, merge 2 case of appendiceal abscess. 6 Obstetrics and gynecology cases, and the right side of the attachment area cyst with infection in 3 cases, 1 case of rupture of the right pelvic ectopic pregnancy, 1 case of follicular rupture, and 1 case acute salpingitis. 6 cases of urinary case, 4 cases of right ureteral stones with ureteral calculi expansion of water, 2 cases right ureter, kidney and perirenal inlfammatory changes. bowel disease 5 cases, 2 cases of intestinal obstruction, 1 case of perforation of the ascending colon cancer and ileocecal lymphadenitis in 1 case, the ascending colon diverticulitis and inlfammatory changes in1 case. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute right lower quadrant pain shows objective, simple, rapid and accurate application value, which can be used as the preferred imaging method.
