负压胶圈套扎术加内痔硬化剂注射治疗轻中度内痔的临床效果

目的：研究负压胶圈套扎术加内痔硬化剂注射治疗轻中度内痔患者的临床效果。方法选取2011年10月～2013年10月在龙岗区横岗人民医院就诊的200例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度内痔患者，按数学随机方法分为观察组（60例），对照I组（70例）和对照Ⅱ组（70例）。观察组患者采取负压胶圈套扎术加内痔硬化剂注射结合的方法进行治疗；对照Ⅰ组患者采取负压胶圈套扎术进行治疗；对照Ⅱ组患者采取内痔硬化剂注射疗法进行治疗；对比3组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后有效率96.7%，明显好于两对照组患者，且对照组I患者的疗效（88.6%）好于对照组Ⅱ患者（80.0%）。结论负压胶圈套扎术叠合内痔硬化剂注射剂共同使用，结合了二者的优点，快速治疗的同时减少患者的不适感和术后隐患。

Objective To study the clinical negative effects of rubber band ligation surgery in patients with mild to moderate hemorrhoids plus sclerotherapy. Methods From October 2011 October 2013 in Long gang District, Shenzhen People＆#39;s Hospital for treatment of 200 cases Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲdegree hemorrhoids patients, according to the mathematical randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group Ⅰ （70 cases） and the control groupⅡ（70 cases）. The patients taking negative apron ligation plus sclerotherapy hemorrhoids treatment method of combining;negative control group I patients taking apron ligation treatment;Ⅱpatients take control hemorrhoids sclerotherapy treatment;compare 3 treatment group patients. Results Of postoperative observation group was 96.7%, signiifcantly better than the two control groups of patients, and the efifcacy of the control group I patients （88.6%） than the control group of patientsⅡ（80.0%）. Conclusion Vacuum laminated apron ligation of hemorrhoids sclerotherapy injections used together, combining the advantages of both, while reducing the rapid treatment of the patient＆#39;s discomfort and postoperative risks.
