摘要 为优化李家豪矿近距离煤层群上下煤层同采巷道布置方式,采用理论分析、FlAC3D数值模拟和现场实践相结合的方法,分析了不同巷道布置方式的优劣,提出了适合于李家豪矿煤层群开采的合理布置方式,并运用数值模拟结果确定了上下巷道合理错距。研究表明:通过分析下煤层巷道应力云图,确定了外错12m最合理,现场顶底板和两帮位移量监测数据验证了理论的正确性,该方案能达到工作面正常推进的要求和良好的支护效果。 In order to optimize the arrangement form of roadway while upper and lower lay ers are exploited simultaneously in coal seam group with close distance in Lijiahao Mine, the combination method of theoretical analysis, Flac3D numerical simulation and field practice is a- dopted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different arrangement of roadway. Reason- able arrangement method is put forward which is suitable for the mining of Lijiahao coal seam group and appropriate isolating distance between upper roadway and lower roadway is determined by using the results of numerical simulation. The analysis shows that: by analyzing the cloud pic- ture of roadway pressure in lower coal seam, it is determined that 12m outward distance is most logical. Monitoring data of displacement in roof, floor and walls verifies the correctness of the theory. This plan could meet the requirements of normal advancing of working face with great supporting effect.
