Fast gas measuring technique for downward ultra deep boreholes

摘要 通过对下行孔测压的封孔方式分析研究,研制出一套用于下行超深钻孔测压的瓦斯压力测定仪。分析了下行孔测压仪的结构组成、工作原理,在实验室对密封装置的各个部件进行检漏试验,证明了该封孔装置具有良好的密封效果。在花秋二矿采用下行孔测压仪进行了煤层瓦斯压力测定研究,提出一种采用高压注浆结合下行孔测压仪的技术方法。 On the basis of research on downward borehole sealing for pressure measurement, a set of gas pressure instrument suitable for downward ultra deep boreholes was developed. Its structural composition and operating principle were analyzed. It is proved that the sealing device possesses good sealing effect after leak tests for different parts. This pressure instrument for downward boreholes was applied to Huaqiu Second Mine to measure the coal seam gas pressure. Meanwhile, the gas measuring technique combined with pressure instrument for downward bore- hole and grouting under high pressure was proposed.
