摘要至今，关于老年转移性乳腺癌（metastatic breast cancer，MBC）化疗药物的前瞻性数据仍然较少。近日，荷兰乳腺癌研究小组BOOG进行了一项多中心Ⅲ期OMEGA研究，比较脂质体阿霉素（pegylated liposomal Doxorubicin，PLD）与卡培他滨一线治疗≥65岁MBC患者的疗效和安全性。
