中药湿热敷辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理路径探讨

目的探讨中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验,寻求的最优临床护理路径。方法将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组采用按常规按医嘱进行常规护理。观察组采用临床护理路径实施诊疗护理。比较2组患者平均住院天数、疾病相关知识的知晓度、对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),疾病相关知识的知晓度、满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症所采用的临床护理路径使患者获得最佳护理,对护士有较好的指引性,值得在基层医疗机构推广应用。

Objective The aim of the present study was to evaluate the wet and hot application of Chinese drug nursing experience treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） , seeking the better nursing path. Methods 62 patients with LDH were randomly divide into study group （ n =31 ）and routine nursing group（ n = 31 ） , and given the wet and hot application of Chinese drug clinical nursing care to the patient in study group, While the usual routine nursing care to the patient in routine nursing group. Comparison was made between in admission day between the two groups,the degrees of satisfaction to the nursing of the patients and their relatives.Results The results showed that the index of in admission day of the study group is lower than the routine nursing group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the degrees of satisfaction to the nursing of the patients and their relatives is reverse（ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The results disclosed that treatment of LDH by clinical nursing care with the wet and hot application of Chinese drug gives better nursing care to the patients with LDH, more constructive nursing pathways and this treatment would be worthy of applying at small medical station.
