本文总结了新生儿换血记录单的设计与应用。包括设计目的、内容与格式,认为新生儿换血记录单的设计与应用,既发挥了记录单对治疗过程中的指导作用,又保持了文书统一性,提高了护理文书书写质量。
This paper summarized the design and application of the exanguinotransfusion record sheet for the newborn, concluding the purpose of the design, contents and the format. We believe that the design and application of the exanguinotransfusion record sheet for the newborn can play a guiding role in the process of treatment, keep the nursing documents consistent, and improve the quality of the nursing documents.
