影响产前筛查随访率的相关因素分析

Analysis of the related factors in the telephone follow-up rate for prenatal screening pregnancy outcome

目的分析影响随访的相关因素，提高产前筛查妊娠结局的随访率。方法选择在福建医科大学附属闽东医院就诊孕中期（15～20^＋6周）行血清学产前筛查孕妇6014例，随机分为实验组与对照组，对所有筛查对象进行妊娠结局的电话随访，汇总随访结果，分析影响随访率的因素。结果发现随访电话个数和随访次数以及孕产妇及家属的配合态度、随访人员相关知识及沟通技巧、孕产妇系统管理网络信息的建设等因素与随访率的分析结果，差异有统计学意义。结论明确随访的重要性、加强产前筛查随访的宣传力度、避免记录错号、空号，提高医务人员的随访技巧，完善孕产妇系统管理网络信息化建设，从而提高随访率。

[ Objective ] To Analysis the related factors in telephone follow-up ,in order to improve the success rate of telephone follow-up. [ Methods ] Grouping analysis and summarization were done among 6 014 cases receiving prenatal screening women who were in their 15-20^ ＋ 6 weeks pregnant in our hospital. [ Results ] Follow-up telephone number and the number of follow-up ,cooperation of maternal and their family members, the follow-up staff＇ s clinical experience and communication skills ,The improvement of the maternal network information management system ,which are all have close correlation with the follow-up rate. [ Conclusion ] The rate of successful telephone follow-up can be improved by enhanced publicity and education, avoid record wrong and false phone number, improve the staff of follow-up skills and improve the maternal network information management system.
