The Role of Animation in the Construction of Public Culture Service in New Rural Zhejiang

浙江省现有新农村公共文化服务途径,已无法满足农民的多元文化需求。因此,探讨将动漫艺术作为新途径引入农村公共文化服务体系建设的可行性,及如何在农村公共文化服务中发挥动漫的优势作用,并分析动漫在发挥作用时的制约条件,提出对策建议,是十分重要的。

In view of the fact that the existing avenues of public culture service in rural Zhejiang can no longer meet the diverse cultural needs of the farmers,it is necessary to explore the feasibility of introducing animation as a new avenue into the construction of public culture service in rural areas and how to bring this role into full play by identifying and minimizing the restraints on it.
