BtMP-342菌剂对棉龄虫和小菜蛾的防治效果

Results of Using Bt MP 342 to Control Helicoverpa armigera and Plutella xylostella

在河南、河北和湖北进行了 Bt MP- 34 2菌剂田间防治大龄棉龄虫和小菜蛾试验 ,供试液剂是湖北省农科院生产的 Bt MP- 34 2粉剂 ( 160 0 0 IU/ mg)和液剂 ( 4 0 0 0 IU/ ml)稀释配制而成。试验结果表明 ,粉剂 50 0倍和 10 0 0倍液对棉龄虫 70小时的虫口减退率分别为 75.0 %～95.7%和 72 .2 %～ 85.9% ,均明显高于参试的化学农药。防治小菜蛾液剂的 10 0 0倍和 2 0 0 0倍液 4 8小时的虫口减退率分别达 98.5%和 88.4 %

Field experiments were carried out at Henan, Hebei and Hubei to control Helicoverpa armigera and Plutella xylostella with Bt MP 342. MP 342 dust (16000IU/mg) and MP 342 solution (4000IU/ml), produced by Hubei Bt Research and Development Center, were used to prepare Bt sprays for field application. Experimental results showed that the MP 342 dust 500× and 1000× sprays killed the H. armigera 75.0%-95.7% and 72.2%-85.9% respectively in 70 h. The control effect was significantly higher than that of the chemical pesticide treatments. The MP 342 solution 1000× and 2000× sprays reduced the field population of the P. xylostella 98.5% and 88.4% respectively in 48 h.
