威利坦预防包皮环切术后水肿及感染的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of venostan in prevention of swelling and infections after circumcision

目的探讨威利坦预防和减轻包皮环切术后水肿及感染的临床价值,以降低临床包皮环切术后水肿及感染等并发症的发生率。方法将203例患者随机分为两组,对照组100例给予常规治疗,试验组103例在常规治疗基础上给予威利坦治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果术后两周对照组切口愈合1级占64.00%、2级占29.00%、3级占7.00%,试验组分别占85.44%、13.59%、0.97%,试验组1级愈合高于对照组,2级愈合低于对照组(P<0.05),3级愈合组间比较差异无统计学意义;对照组和试验组切口感染率为36.00%和14.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论威利坦具有预防和减轻包皮环切术后组织水肿及感染的作用,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical value of venostan in prevention of swelling and infections after cir- cumcision so as to reduce the incidence of the complications such as the swelling and infections after the circumci- sion. METHODS Totally 203 patients were randomly divided into two groups, then the control group with 100 cases was treated with conventional therapy, the experimental group with 103 cases was given venostan on the basis of conventional therapy, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. RESULTS The patients with grade A incision healing accounted for 64.00% in the control group, 85.44% in the experimental group; the patients with grade B incision healing accounted for 29.00% in the control group, 13.59% in the experimental group; the patients with grade C incision healing accounted for 7. 00% in the control group, 0. 97% in the experi- mental group; the proportion of the patients with grade A incision healing was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, the proportion of the patients with grade B incision healing was lower in the experimen- tal group than in the control group; the difference between the three groups was not significant. The incidence of incision infections was 14.56% in the experimental group, significantly lower than 36.00% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Venostan can achieve the effect on prevention of the swelling and infections after circumcision and is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
