摘要 目的探讨医院感染知识培训中隐蔽课程的形式和应用效果,以改变当前培训低效的局面,提高医务人员对医院感染预防控制的认知和行为能力。方法隐蔽课程的设计依据与显性课程相结合、从实际出发、因材施教,从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化建设入手,改善医院感染预防控制基础设施,完善规章制度和考核标准,利用各种平台组织多样化的活动和宣传。结果隐蔽课程的多元化形式满足了各级各类人员的学习需求,提供了展示平台,充分调动了大家的积极性和主动性;隐蔽课程实施较好的科室医务人员对于医院感染预防控制措施的认知、接受程度、执行力均高于其他病区的医务人员。结论重视隐蔽课程的建设能让医务人员在无威胁的环境中学习,进一步提高了显性课程的学习效率;隐蔽课程的正面影响对医院感染文化软实力建设起到了积极作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the forms of the hidden curriculum for the training of knowledge about nosoco- mial infections and the application effect so as to reverse the situation of low efficient training and improve the awareness of behavioral ability of medical staff about the control of nosocomial infections. METHODS The hidden curriculum was designed by starting from the combination with dominant curriculum, proceeding the reality, individualization, and construction of material culture, institutional culture, and spiritual culture; the infrastructures for the control of nosocomial infections sound, and the diversified activities and were improved, the principle system and assessment standards were made propaganda were conducted by using a variety of platforms. RESULTS The diversified hidden curriculum has met the requirements of all levels of participants, has offered the display plat- form, and has fully promoted the enthusiasm and initiative% The awareness of control of nosocomial infections, ac- ceptance level, and execution capability of the medical staff in the departments where the hidden curriculum was well carried out were higher than those of the medical staff from other departments. CONCLUSION Focusing on the construction of hidden curriculum may help to create the safe learning environment for the medical staff and further improve the efficiency of learning dominant curriculum. The hidden curriculum has positive effect on the construction of soft power of nosocomial infection culture.
