摘要
目的为了提高医院感染控制管理的水平,加强过程管理和进度控制,按照年度逐步达到感染控制行动计划的工作目标。方法采用甘特图的方式制定科室年度工作计划,明确项目内容、进度目标和责任人,并在执行过程中进行监管。结果传统的工作计划由于未落实到责任人,或职责不够细化,无法追溯未按照计划完成工作的原因以及改进措施;甘特图能够反映出每个项目的时间进度,也可以同时反映项目执行的实际进度,实现项目的科学管理和控制。结论甘特图与传统方法比较,具有简洁、直观的优点,甘特图所反映的信息更加丰富全面具有动态管理和预警作用,是一种有效的项目进度管理工具。
OBJECTIVE To improve the level of control of nosocomial infections and strengthen the process manage- ment and schedule control so as to achieve the work objectives for control of infections step by step. METHODS By means of the Gantt chart, the annual work plans for each department were developed, then the content of the plans, progress goals, and person in charge were defined, and the supervision was conducted during the imple- mentation. RESULTS The traditional work plans failed to be implemented by the persons in charge, the duties were not detailed, therefore, the causes of the work without being accomplished by following the work plans failed to be tracked, the improvement measures, therefore, could not be put forward. The Gantt chart could reflect the time of progress of the program and at the same time reflect the actual progress of implementation of the program so as to realize the scientific management. CONCLUSION As compared with the traditional method, the Gantt chart has the advantages such as concise description and direct observation and can offer richer information for the dynamic man- agement and alarming, and it is an effective tool for the management of progress of program.
