The Discussion of the Training Model for Navigation-Oriented Talents

本文结合当前导航技术应用现状与人才需求,分析了现有测绘工程专业人才培养现状与存在问题,探讨了导航型测绘专业人才培养模式。在此基础上,从导航型测绘人才培养的角度,对培养目标、课程体系和实践教学进行了研究,以适应新形势下对测绘专业复合型人才的需求。

Based on the application status and talent demand of navigation technology, the paper analyzes the status and existing problems of talent training in surveying and mapping engineering. Then, the navigation-oriented talents training model is discussed. On this basis, we study the training target, curriculum system setting and practical teaching from the view of navigation-oriented talents training, to adapt to the demand for navigation-oriented talents under the new situation.
