基片集成波导双模带通滤波器级联技术简介

摘要 基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)是基于普通介质基板制作的一种新型波导结构,其优点在于插入损耗小,辐射低,功率容量高,Q值高,并且体积小,重量轻、易于加工集成。兼具微带滤波器和波导滤波器两者的优点。本文对之前学者研究的相关级联技术做了一个综述,对基片集成波导级联技术国内外的研究现状做了总结,并介绍了每种级联方式的结构特点,对每种级联方式做了简单的分析。 Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) is a new type of waveguide structure made based on normal dielectric substrate, its advantage lies in the low insertion loss, low radiation, high power capacity, high Q value, small volume, light weight, easy to processing and ease of integration. It have the advantages of both microstrip filters and waveguide filters. This thesis made a review of the study of cascading technology before, made a summary of the substrate integrated waveguide cascade technology research status at home and abroad, and introduced the structure characteristics of each cascading way, made a simple analysis for each cascade way.
