摘要
对于矿用输送带内部钢丝绳芯中接头抽动、断绳等故障问题,在国投新集口孜东煤矿主运煤胶带机建立一套钢丝绳故障自动检测系统来实现工业生产自动化。本文首先分析了X射线成像原理,提出了一种基于X射线输送带检测系统的总体设计方案,利用X射线图像处理的算法,采用模块化程序设计方法,结合VS2010和MySQL设计开发了系统的应用软件,实现了国投新集口孜东煤矿输送带在线检测、视频分析、图像分析和故障报警等功能,有很高的实用价值。
According to mine conveyor belt internal steel wire rope core of joint twitch, rope failure problem,need to establish a set of wire rope automatic fault detection system to achieve the industrial production automation. The paper first analyzes the principle of X-ray imaging, proposes a based on the overall design of the X-ray conveyor belt detection system, using X-ray image processing algorithms, and modular design method, design and development of the application of the system combined with VS2010 and MySQL software, to achieve a the conveyor line detection, video analysis, image analysis and fault alarm function, with high practical value.
