腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统手术切除法的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with Traditional Surgical Excision

目的对比腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统手术切除法的临床治疗效果。方法选取了2009年1月至2011年12月期间我院收治的98例胆囊切除手术患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法的不同将全部患者分为腹腔镜组55例和传统手术组43例,对两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、感染比例、并发症发生率等进行分析对比。结果通过统计对比可知两组患者的手术成功率均为100%,两组患者均未出现胆瘘、感染等情况,其中,腹腔镜组患者的平均手术时间为37.2 min,平均失血量为19.1 mL,手术切口的平均长度为2.4 cm,传统手术组患者的平均手术时间为54.5 min,平均失血量为87.6 mL。结论同传统的手术切除法相比腹腔镜胆囊切除术能够有效减少对患者造成的创伤,提高患者的康复速率,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional operation excision method. Method Select 2009 January to 2011 December in our hospital during the period 98 cases ofcholecystectomy operation patients as the research object, according to thedifferent operation methods, all patients were divided into laparoscopic group 55 cases and traditional operation group 43 cases, on two groups of patients with operation time, time, amount of bleeding, infection rate, and incidence of complications were compared in Hospital. Results Through statisticalcomparison of two groups of patients with operation success rate were 100%,two group of patients without biliary fistula, infection, among them, the averageoperation time of laparoscopic group of the patients was 37.2 min, the averageblood loss was 19.1 mL, the average length of incision of operation was 2.4 cm,average operation time of traditional operation group of patients was 54.5 min,the average blood loss was 87.6 mL. Conclusion With the traditional operationresection compared with the method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the patients caused by trauma, improve the recovery rate of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
