屈大腿法头位阴道试产在头位难产中的应用

Application of Thigh Flexor Vaginal Trial Production in the First Position Dystocia

目的探讨屈大腿法在头位难产中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2012年4月至2013年2月收治的50例阴道分娩产妇的临床资料。结果观察组患者的自然分娩率明显比对照组高,吸引器、产钳术、剖宫产率明显比对照组少,新生儿评分明显比对照组高,二者具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论屈大腿法在头位难产中具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of thigh flexor in the first position dystocia. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of vaginal delivery maternal who had been treated in our hospital from April 2011 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The natural birth rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher and the aspirator, forceps, cesarean section rate was significantly less, neonatal score was significantly higher than those of patients in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thigh flexor has a high application value in the first position dystocia and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
