500例老年体检人群的尿酸水平及护理措施

500 Cases of Uric Acid Levels in the Elderly Population and the Care Measures

目的：探讨老年体检人群的尿酸水平及其护理措施。方法将2012年4月至2013年4月在我院进行健康体检的500例老年人作为研究对象，观察研究对象检出的尿酸水平，总结高尿酸血症的发病因素以及相关护理措施。结果66-69岁组的高尿酸血症发生率显著低于70-78岁组，P〈0.05；高尿酸血症组的并发疾病（冠心病、高血脂症、糖尿病、高血压等）的发生率显著高于尿酸正常组，P〈0.05。结论高尿酸血症在老年人群中的发生率较高，其发生还可诱发相关并发症，加重病情，预后不良。老年人应定时参加健康体检，以便尽早发现高尿酸血症，早期进行治疗，对于体检检出尿酸水平升高的老年人，尤其要引起重视，应及时到医院就医。

Objective To explore the elderly population of uric acid level and nursing measures. Methods From April 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital 500 cases of healthy elderly people as the research object, and observes the research object detection of uric acid level, risk factors of hyperuricemia and summarize the related nursing measures. Results The incidence of hyperuricemia in 66-69 years old group was significantly lower than that in 70-78 years old group, P〈0.05;complication hyperuricemia group （coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension and so on） rate significantly higher than the normal uric acid group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hyperuricemia in elderly occurence rate is higher, it can also induce related complications, aggravate the disease, prognosis. The elderly should be timed to participate in physical examination, in order to find the hyperuricemia as early as possible, early treatment, for medical detection of elevated levels of uric acid in elderly patients, especially to pay attention to, should be timely to the hospital.
