身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗痹证4例

Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Treatment of Arthralgia 45 Cases

目的分析研究身痛逐瘀汤加味对于痹症的治疗效果和临床应用,促进痹症治疗方法的研究。方法选取了在我所接受治疗的痹症患者45例,开展分析研究,主要采取的是身痛逐瘀汤加海风藤、鸡血藤以及防风等对患者开展治疗,对患者治疗的效果进行分析,探讨身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗的总有效率,分析身痛逐瘀汤的实际治疗效果。结果本组患者45例中,其中治愈的患者为8例,好转的患者为14例,显效的患者为18例,无效的患者为5例,总有效率为89%,总体而言获得了比较好的治疗效果,说明身痛逐瘀汤对于痹症治疗有着比较好的临床效果。结论身痛逐瘀汤加味对治疗痹症有着比较好的效果,值得在临床上进行应用推广,提升患者的生存质量。

Objective To study Shentong Zhuyu decoction for the treatment of rheumatism effect and clinical application, to promote the study of arthralgia treatment. Methods In our hospital 45 cases of patients with paralysis of the analysis and research are carried out, mainly take the Shentong Zhuyu decoction of Piper Kadsura, Caulis Spatholobi and wind on the patient to carry out treatment, the treatment effect was analyzed, to explore the efficiency of total Shentong Zhuyu decoction treatment, the actual analysis of therapeutic effect of body pain Zhuyu decoction. Results The 45 cases in this group of patients, in which 8 cases cured patients, improve patient 14 cases, markedly effective in patients with 18 cases, invalid in 5 cases, the total efficiency of 89%, overall gainbetter therapeutic effect, the Shentong Zhuyu decoction for the treatment of palsy with than a good clinical effect. Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction has good effect on the treatment of rheumatism, worthy of promotion in clinical application, improve the life quality of the patients.
