矫治器矫治错畸形治疗的分析

Appliance Appliance Wrong Occlusal Deformity Treatment Analysis

目的探讨矫治器矫治错畸形治疗的临床效果。方法错患者60例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组患者各30例,对照组采用常规方丝弓正畸治疗,治疗组采用矫治器辅助正畸治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组的根尖周骨密度增长测量值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矫治器矫治错畸形是一种疗效好、适应性广的治疗方法。值得继续推广应用。

Objective To investigate the appliance appliance wrong occlusal malformations clinical results. Methods Wrong occlusal 60 patients under different treatment methods into treatment group and control group of 30 patients in the control group with conventional edgewise orthodontic treatment group using auxiliary appliance orthodontic treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.3%in the control group, the total effective rate was 73.3%, compared to significant differences （P〈0.05）. 3 months follow-up, the treatment group increased periapical bone density measurement was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Appliance appliance wrong occlusal deformity is a good efficacy, adaptability treatment. Worthwhile to continue to promote the application.
