由于海洋生态环境问题日益突出,生态系统退化的趋势也越来越严重,海洋生态环境的修复引起了国内外专家的广泛关注。与国外相比,我国目前海洋生态修复技术水平还有相当差距,为保护海洋生态系统,有必要开展海洋生态修复理论与实践研究,制定系统的海洋生态修复战略方案。
