辽宁省某医院高血压患者自我管理模式效果评价

Effect evaluation on self-management model among hypertension patients in a hospital in Liaoning Province

目的评价高血压患者的自我管理干预模式效果,为开展高血压疾病防治健康教育提供科学依据。方法方便抽取246名高血压患者进行问卷调查,按知情同意、自愿和随机的原则把患者分为干预组和对照组,干预6个月后,比较两组患者高血压相关知识知晓情况和行为生活方式改变情况。结果干预后,干预组患者的疾病危险因素知识(73.81%)、血压正常值(80.16%)、日常预防知识(64.29%)、主要症状(72.22%)、治疗知识(61.90%)及主要危害(65.87%)等高血压相关知识等均高于对照组(P<0.01),干预组患者在低盐低脂饮食(80.95%)、加强锻炼(57.14%)、戒烟(36.51%)、戒酒(51.59%)、调整情绪(57.14%)、控制体重(68.25%)等方面的比例等均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应用自我管理模式对高血压疾病的防治具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate intervention effects of serf-management model among hypertension patients, and provide a scientific basis for conducting hypertension patient＇ health education. Methods 246 patients were enrolled randomly and divided into intervention group and control group according to their informed consent and voluntary. After 6 months intervention, the difference between two groups in related knowledge level of hypertension and behavior changes of li- festyle were compared. Results After intervention, the awareness rates of knowledge on hypertension risk factors （73.81%）, normal value of blood pressure （ 80. 16% ）, daily prevention knowledge （ 64.29% ）, main symptom （72. 22% ）, treatment （61.90%） and major hazard （65.87%） in intervention group were higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The behavior performance rates of keeping low salt and low fat diet （80. 95% ）, more exercise （57.14%）, quit from tobacco （36. 51% ） and drink （51.59%）, emotion management （57.14%） and weight control （68.25%） in intervention group were higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The self- management model intervention is important for disease prevention and control of hypertension.
