摘要
本文从人力资源效能概念入手,论述了优化组织模式是提升人力资源效能的有效路径,而组织模式中组织结构设计和岗位设置是人力资源管理工作的关键。文章构建了"SPED组织模式优化模型",提出区分企业发展不同阶段,并根据不同阶段采用不同组织模式优化原则的系统思路。以我国支线机场为例,展现了该模型在支线机场不同发展阶段组织模式设计的实际应用。
Begin with the concept of human resource effectiveness, this paper discusses about an effective path to improve human resource effectiveness, the optimization of organization model, with the organization structure and post setting is the key to human resource management. "SPED" organization model optimization model propose the systematic way that adopt different optimization principles base on the differences of enterprise developmental stages. With taking the feeder airports in China as example, show the practice of organization model design of different developmental stages.
