摘要
近年来,"过劳"问题逐渐成为中国社会舆论关注的焦点,本届会议对中国适度劳动以及过度劳动问题进行了理论探讨和实证分析,尤其是适度劳动研究的理论体系的建立、过度劳动的形成机制和后果、适度劳动以及过度劳动的测量、适度劳动与过度劳动的法律规制等,更加引起专家学者们的兴趣和关注。
In recent years, the problem of "Overwork" has become the focus of media attention in Chinese society, the moderate labor and excessive labor issues of China were discussed by theoretical and empirical analysis in the current session, in particular the establishment of an appropriate theoretical system of moderate labor studies, the formation mechanism and consequences of excessive labor, the measure of moderate labor and excessive labor, the laws and other regulations of moderate labor and excessive labor, causing more experts and scholars of interest and concern.
