通过原料的优化利用、纺织技术创新以及绿色环保整理工艺的应用,阐明了毛精纺产品开发的低碳化趋势。应用再生纤维、功能性纤维、天然纤维素纤维与羊毛等天然蛋白质纤维混纺或交织,采用带来了产品原料、花型、风格等变化的新型纺织技术,以及筒子染色、经轴印花、功能复合整理等小浴比、低排放的整理工艺,既提高了产品的性价比和健康舒适的服用性能,也促进了降低能耗、环境友好的可持续发展。
By making good use of raw materials, innovative technologies and environmental-friendly finishing process, the trend of developing worsted products based on low-carbon concept was explained. Wool and other protein fibers blended or interwoven with recycled fibers, functional fibers and natural cellulose fibers, innovative technologies that can bring about changes to materials, pattern and style, as well as small bath ratio and low-discharge finishing processes such as package dyeing, beam printing and functional compound finishing all help enhance the price/performance ratio and wearability of the products while also promoting energy conservation and environmental-friendly sustainable development.
