摘要
一流的教育往往蕴含着丰富的同情精神,进而根本上是一种同情性的教育。同情性教育需要教育者用深厚的同情精神去成就。对教育者而言,要以深厚的同情精神感染学生,能够收缩自己而主动深入学生心灵深处、帮助学生充分施展个性内涵等。为此,实践中应坚守四种立场,即有交换的关系立场、有边界的助益立场、有伦理关怀的旁观者立场、有接纳的主体立场。
Sympathy is an important attribute that the education should pursue in order tobe the first-class education. Sympathetic education needs the profound sympathy of the educators. To the educators, in order to encourage students with their sympathy, touch the inner world of students and help them fully develop their personality, they need to adhere to four principles in educational practice, namely, communicative education, the offer of help with boundary, to be sympathetic bystanders, and subjectivity with open mind.
