以宏观视角展示了我国古闸坝建筑景观的特色和文化理念,评述了国外水坝水文化的价值观。从地理文化、区域景观、人文生态、人居环境、经济效益和社会效益等多视角层面探究了景观规划设计与水坝建设和谐发展的意义,并针对我国闸坝建筑中的环境现状,阐述了水利建设与景观规划设计持续发展的前景与展望,以期水利建设与景观设计达到良好的联通关系,从而使建筑区域功能得到最大发挥,创造出独有的社会价值。

Hydroelectric buildings of dams not only demonstrates advanced scientific and technological capa- bility,but also plays a critical role in overall landscape as the highlights of the main part in the landscape planning, which can further express the cultural charm of water conservancy. This article illustrates the char- acteristics and cultural concepts of the landscape of Chinese ancient dams from macroscopic perspective, and also comments the cultural values of dams in foreign countries. Moreover, it discusses the value of landscape planning and design as well as the harmonious developing of the dam construction from multiple perspectives such as geographical culture, regional landscape, cultural ecology, living environment, economic and social benefits, etc. In addition, considering the current environmental situation of the dam construction in China, the article correspondingly proposes outlooks and prospects of sustainable development of landscape planning and designing of the dam construction,in order to have good connections betweenthe water conservancy con- struction and the landscape planning, maximize the functions of constructions and create unique scientific and social values.
