日本职业教育质量外部评价的经验与启示——以高等专门学校为例

The Experience of the External Evaluation on Vocational Education Quality in Japan and its Inspirations——Taking the Colleges of Technology as an Example

以第三方评价机构为主体而开展的外部评价是日本当代职业教育质量评价的主要形式。大学评价与学位授予机构是日本职业教育质量评价体系中的第三方评价机构之一,它通过严格的运行体系、渐进的评价基准及前瞻的方向引导等策略,在对高等专门学校实施外部评价的同时,真正地带动了日本职业教育质量的提升,可以为我国今后职业教育质量评价提供些许的借鉴。

The external evaluation which is mainly carried out by third-party institution has been the main form for Japanese vocational education quality evaluation. The National Institution for Academic Degrees and University Evaluation is one of the third-party institu- tions of Japanese vocational education system. It really drives to the Japanese vocational ed- ucation＇ s improvement through the strategies of strict operation system, gradual evaluation criteria and forward-looking direction guidance, and enforces the external evaluation to the colleges of technology at the same time., which may provide some reference for China＇ s vo- cational education quality evaluation in the future.
