姜蒜汁液及其可培养内生菌对苹果腐烂病的拮抗筛选研究 被引量:4

摘要 以苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长为研究对象,研究了姜研磨液、蒜研磨液、姜内可培养内生细菌和蒜内可培养内生细菌对苹果腐烂病的拮抗作用。结果表明:姜研磨液对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝的抑制效果较好,蒜研磨液对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长没有抑制效果;蒜内分离到2株可培养的内生细菌对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制效果,姜内没有分离到对此病害有抑制效果的可培养内生细菌。 Taking apple cranker pathogen hyphae as the research object,grinding fluid of ginger and garlic and culturahle endophytic Bacteria from ginger and garlic antagonistic for apple canker were studied. The results showed that grinding fluid of ginger had the better inhibitory effect on polishing rot pathogen mycelia on apple,garlic grinding fluid to apple canker pathogen hyphae growth had no inhibitory effect; two strains of endophytic bacteria isolated from garlic had obvious inhibition effect on apple canker hyphae growth,but ginger hadn't.
