摘要 传统锻造模具设计在锻件图制定、基本数据分析、型腔设计等方面繁琐、易出错,且后续加工前的准备工作时间长。利用UG NX三维软件可快速完成锻造产品三维造型设计,进而准确进行锻造模具设计所需的基本数据分析;利用UG NX软件的"mold wizard"工具进行分型,可准确快速完成上下模型腔的设计,并为后续模具制造提供必要的模型数据;利用UG NX软件的"part family"工具可创建锻造模具上下模块的标准件库,为后续其他锻造模具设计奠定基础,使模具设计效率提高50%以上。 Traditional forging die design is tedious and error prone in aspects such as drawing creating of forgings, basic data analysis, cavity design, etc. , and subsequent processing is long. By using UG NX 3D software, forging product design and modeling could be quickly finished, and then to accurately analyze the basic data related to forging die design. Utilizing "mold wizard" tool for typing, which was one of UG NX software modules, mold cavity creation could be quickly and accurately done, so as to provide necessary model for the following manufacturing of dies, The standard library of upper and lower modules of forging die could be established by using tools in "part family" module of UG NX software, which laid the foundation for next steps in other dies design. The efficiency of total die design is improved by 50% or more.
