高效液相色谱法测定不同产地党参中党参炔苷含量

Determination of Lobetyolin in Codonopsis from Different Habitats by HPLC

[目的]探讨影响党参中党参炔苷含量高低的因素。[方法]使用高效液相色谱法测定5种产地、采集时间均不相同的党参药材中党参炔苷含量。[结果]甘肃陇西和文县产党参中党参炔苷含量略低,分别为0.34和0.56 mg/g,甘肃渭源和山西太原党参中党参炔苷含量较高,分别为1.10和0.90 mg/g。[结论]不同产地党参药材所含党参炔苷含量具有较大差异。党参产地、采集时间、生长年限、药材炮制方法等外界因素对党参炔苷含量有较大影响。加热、有机溶剂及微波法结合有利于提高党参炔苷提取效率。

[Objective] To study influence factors of lobetyolin concentration in Radix Codonopsis.[Method] The contents of lobetyolin in five kinds of habitats,collecting time were detected by HPLC.[Result] The contents of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis of Longxi and Wenxian in Gansu were 0.34 and 0.56 mg/g,respectively.In the other hand,the contents of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis of Gansu Weiyuan and Shanxi Taiyuan were 1.10 and 0.90 mg/g,respectively.[Conclusion] The contents of lobetyolin showed significant difference from different original habitats.Those factors such as Codonopsis origin,collecting time,growing year,material processing method,etc,have a significant influence on lobetyolin concentration.Heating,organic solvent,microwave assisted extraction was helpful for the increase of extraction efficiency of lobetyolin.
