摘要
通过了解木材的机械性能和强度的微观力学模型,分析微米木丝及其模压制品的性能,建立了微米木丝模压车用木橡胶减震器的工艺流程,并按照模压的工艺流程进行了微米木丝车用木橡胶减震器的制作。
This paper establish the technological process of micron wood fiber molded rubber shock absorbers by understanding the mechanical properties of wood and micromechanics model of wood intensity and analyzing the performance of micron wood fiber and molded products,and make a micron wood fiber vehicle wooden rubber shock absorber in accordance with the molding technological process.
