By using SWOT method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ecotourism cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan were analyzed.The countermeasures were put forward,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for carrying out ecotourism cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
