摘要
[目的]探讨青海半细毛羊的血红蛋白多态性及其与7项血清生化指标间的相关性。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对29只青海半细毛羊的血红蛋白多态性及其与7项血清生化指标间的相关性进行分析。[结果]青海半细毛羊血红蛋白多态性存在HBA和HBB2种变异体,以HBB为优势基因。构成HBAA、HBAB和HBBB3种基因型,其基因型率分别为0.137 9、0.586 2和0.275 9。HBA和HBB基因频率为0.431 0和0.569 0,基因杂合度为0.490 4。青海半细毛羊血液蛋白多态性与7项血清生化指标间均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。[结论]该研究可为青海半细毛羊种质资源、亲缘关系以及品种选育和改良等方面的研究提供基础试验资料。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the polymorphism of haemoglobin in Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep and its correlation with seven serum biochemical indices.[Method] The polymorphism of haemoglobin in 29 Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep and its correlation with seven serum biochemical indices were analyzed by using SDS-PAGE.[Result] There were two variants (HBA and HBB) of polymorphism of haemoglobin in Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep,with HBB as the dominant gene.Three genotypes of HBAA,HBAB and HBBB were formed and their genotype frequency were 0.137 9,0.586 2 and 0.275 9 respectively.The gene frequency of HBA and HBB were 0.431 0 and 0.569 0 respectively,and the gene heterozygosity was 0.490 4.The polymorphism of haemoglobin in Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep had no significant correlation with 7 serum biochemical indices(P > 0.05).[Conclusion] The research could provide basic test materials for studying the germplasm resources,genetic relation and selecting and improving varieties of Qinghai semi-fine wool sheep.
