蛋形指数对“淮南王”土鸡孵化效果的影响

Effect of Egg Shape Index on the Hatching Ratio of "King of Huainan" Chicken

[目的]研究不同蛋形指数对孵化率、受精率等的影响。[方法]分别将240枚"淮南王"土鸡种蛋按其蛋形指数不同分成Ⅰ组(1.17~1.29)、Ⅱ组(1.30~1.34)和Ⅲ组(1.35~1.53)3组进行孵化试验,然后测定其孵化率、受精率情况,研究"淮南王"土鸡不同蛋形指数对孵化效果的影响。[结果]试验Ⅲ组受精率最高,为98.75%,分别比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组高出5.00个百分点和1.25个百分点,但差异不显著;试验Ⅲ组的受精蛋孵化率最高,为96.20%,分别比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组高出6.87个百分点和6.60个百分点,且差异均显著;试验Ⅲ组的胚胎死亡率最低,为3.80%,分别比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组低6.87个百分点和6.60个百分点,且差异均显著。[结论]蛋形指数为1.35~1.53时,"淮南王"土鸡种蛋受精率、孵化率最高,胚胎死亡率最低,在该试验范围内,孵化效果随着蛋形指数的增大而提高,胚胎死亡率随着蛋形指数的增大而降低。

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different egg shape index on the hatchability,fertilization rate and the like.[Method] Respectively 240 ＂King of Huainan＂ chicken egg shape index were divided into Ⅰgroup （1.17-1.29）,Ⅱ group （1.30-1.34） and Ⅲ group （1.35-1.53） hatching test,the hatchability and fertilization rate were measured,the effects of different egg shape index on the hatching ratio of ＂Huainan＂ chicken were studied.[Result] The fertihzation rate of group Ⅲ was highest （98.75％）,which than that of the group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were higher 5.00 percentage points and 1.25 percent points,but the difference were not significant.The fertilized egg hatchability of group Ⅲ was highest（96.20％）,which than that of the group Ⅰand group Ⅱ were higher 6.87 percentage points and 6.60 percent points,and the differences were significant.The emb^onic mortality of group Ⅲ was lowest（3.80％）,which than that of the group Ⅰand group Ⅱ were lower 6.87 percentage points and 6.60 percentage points,and the differences were significant.[Conclusion] When egg shape index was 1.35-1.53,the fertilization rate and hatchability of “ King of Huainan＂ chicken were highest,and the embryonic mortality was lowest.In this test range,the hatching ratio increased with shape index increased and the embryonic mortality reduced with the of shape index increased.
