临高县“农家书屋”建设中存在的问题与发展对策

Existing Problems and Development Countermeasures of the Construction of Rural Library in Lingao

通过对临高县"农家书屋"的深入调研,就当前临高县"农家书屋"的现状及建设中存在的问题进行分析。分析认为临高县是海南省的欠发达地区,与省内经济较好地区相比较,由于受经济的制约,"农家书屋"建设缓慢,总体发展不够平衡,总体上表现为基础设施有待加强、管理制度有待完善、使用效率有待提高、发展布局极不平衡、经费问题。提出了"农家书屋"发展的对策,主要包括规范"农家书屋"建设、"农家书屋"布局及管理科学化、加强宣传引导以提高图书利用率、充分利用各级政府资源和社会力量的支持、加强制度保障并建立经费保障机制。

Based on the investigation of rural library in Lingao City,the construction status and existing problems were analyzed.It was thought that the overall development of rural library is not balanced due to the restriction of economy,the overall performance is that the infrastructure needs to be strengthened.Management system needs to be perfected,utilization efficiency needs to be improved,the development layout is unbalanced.The development countermeasures were put forward,mainly includes standardizing rural library construction,scientification of layout and management,strengthening propaganda to improve books utilization rate,fully utilize government resource and social power support,enhancing system guaranteeing and establishing fund mechanism.
