新生代农民工市民化意愿影响因素分析——以江苏省丹阳市为例

Research on Factors Affecting Urbanization Will of New Generation Migrant Workers——an Example Based on Danyang,Jiangsu Province

以江苏省丹阳市新生代农民工为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,研究新生代农民工市民化意愿影响因素。通过建立Logistic模型,分析个体特征、社会因素、经济特征、适应性等方面因素对新生代农民工市民化意愿的影响。研究发现,新生代农民工的年龄、受教育程度、个人年收入、是否失业、是否拥有医疗保险、在城市务工时间和在城市居住时间等因素对其市民化意愿有着显著影响。

The study took migrant workers in Danyang,Jiangsu province as research object and researched the factors that influence the will of urbanization of new generation migrant workers by the method of questionnaire survey.Through the establishment of Logistic model,the study analyzed the influence of factors,belonging to aspects which included individual characteristics,social factors,economic character and adaptability,have effects on the will of urbanization.The results showed that factors,including age,level of education,personal income,unemployment,health insurance,time of working in the city and dwelling time in the city,have a significant impact on the desire to integrate into citie.
