双相障碍的人际社会节奏治疗 被引量：4

摘要 人际社会节奏治疗(Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy,IPSRT)是一种专门针对双相情感障碍行之有效的治疗方法,包括社会节奏治疗、人际心理治疗和心理教育。本文重点阐述其治疗方法、疗效以及未来的研究方向。
