摘要
采用平面波展开法,数值计算了二维三组元磁振子晶体的带结构、磁化强度场分布以及自旋波的态密度.研究表明,磁振子晶体带隙的产生机制为局域共振机制,而非布拉格散射机制,通过调节单散射体的共振结构,不仅能够使自旋波在低频范围内产生完全带隙,而且可实现自旋波带隙的优化.
The band structures, field distributions of magnetization and density of state are numerically calculated. By using the plane-wave expansion method. The results show that the mechanism of the band- gap existence is of localized resonance,and not Bragg scatting. Not only the spin-wave full gap in low fre- quency can be obtained,but also the optimization on the spin-wave gap can be realized by adjusting the res- onant structure of single scatterer in magnonic crystals.
