摘要
建立了一种评价花茶抗氧化性的方法.花茶中的抗氧化性成份和抗坏血酸(VC)都能还原氯金酸形成金纳米颗粒,采用光谱法对金颗粒的浓度进行定量测定,即可把花茶抗氧化性用参照物VC的浓度来评价.利用该方法对竹叶青、玫瑰、薰衣草等7种花茶的抗氧化性进行了测定,结果与传统的DPPH法一致.
A new method was established to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the scented tea. Both the antioxidant ingredients of the scented tea and ascorbic acid (VC) can make the HAuCl4 reduction to gold nanoparticles, which are determined by spectroscopic methodology. The antioxidant activity of the scented tea is evaluated by the concentration of VC. The antioxidant capacity of seven kinds of scented teas, such as trimeresurus, rose,lavender,et al. ,was analyzed by using the method. By means of comparing experimental data from traditional DPPH scavenging activity,the novel method was reliable and accurate.
