脱硫除尘废水絮凝条件及沉淀负荷研究

摘要 针对锅炉除尘脱硫废水的水质特点,研究絮凝搅拌强度和絮凝时间对絮凝效果的影响,以确定合理的絮凝条件和沉淀负荷.结果表明:废水絮凝操作理想的工况点是絮凝曲线的最优絮凝效果点;在絮凝阶段的最初5min,絮凝搅拌转速应由180r/min迅速降低到40r/min;转速越高,持续时间应越短;沉淀时间≥3min(沉速为0.33mm/s)时处理效果稳定,出水的浑浊度在15NTU以下. According to the characteristics of boiler desulfurating and dedusting wastewater,this paper studied the influence of flocculant mixing strength and time on flocculation,and then presented the reasonable flocculation conditions and sedimentation loads.The optimal condition of flocculation for wastewater was the optimal effect point of flocculation.During the first 5minutes in the stage of flocculation,the stirring rotation velocity for flocculation should be changed from 180to 40r/min,and the higher was the stirring rotation velocity,the shorter was the time.The turbidity of effluent was below 15NTU as the time of sedimentation t beyond 3minutes,and the velocity of sedimentation is 0.33mm/s.
