Efficiency of Enterprises and Fund Structure

本文主要论述了两个问题 :一 ,采用数学方法证明了企业的经济效益与企业资金结构之间的关系 ;二 ,主要说明了我国目前绩优上市公司应该调整自己的资金结构 ,在注意控制风险的情况下 ,拓宽筹资渠道 ,筹集并有效地运用资金 ,抓住机遇 ,快速发展壮大自己 ,以便参与国际竞争。

The article discusses chiefly two questions: first, it proves employing mathematics method the relationship between the economic effectiveness of enterprise and fund structure; second, it illustrates chiefly that our listed efficient corporations should adjust fund structure , while risks are under controlled, they should widen their own fund-raising channels, raising and running the funds effectively, and taking advantage of any opportunities to contribute to their own improvement so as to participate the international competition.
