摘要
信息技术使游客的旅游需求和消费行为发生了重大的变化,旅行社必须进行信息化建设才能应对这一变化。本文运用文献分析法对近10年国外旅行社信息化的相关研究成果进行了梳理,从旅行社信息化的动因、旅行社信息化的方式和旅行社信息化的效应3个维度归纳了一些有价值的共识,并指出旅行社信息化未来的研究方向。本文旨在理论层面丰富该领域的现有文献,补充与发展该领域的理论与研究;在实践层面为中国旅行社的信息化建设提供借鉴与思路。
Great changes have taken place in tourist demands, purchase patterns and consuming behaviors since the application of information technology. As for travel services, how to make information technology meet those changes has already become a hotspot for both academia and industry. This paper uses literature analysis method to make a retrospective review of the researches on foreign travel agency information process in the recent decades. It concludes a series of valuable consensus from three dimensions namely: motivation, pattern and effect of travel service in information technology applications, and points out the direction of future research on information technology applications in travel services. This research aims to enrich relevant research literatures, replenish and develop theoretical researches, and provide reference for information technology applications of Chinese travel services.
