高校安全技术防范体系建设的思考

The Construction of Security System in Colleges and Universities

随着高校的快速发展,校园治安环境越来越来复杂,安全防范的任务显得尤为重要,为适应高校发展的需要,高校必须构建人防、物防、技防一体化的安全防范体系,建立有效的监控体系是安全防范的关键。结合目前高校实际情况,从高校安全技术防范体系的概述、视频监控系统的组网和建设架构的组成,并对加强安全技术防范建设提出思考。

With the rapid development in colleges and universities,the campus security environment becomes more and more complicated. In order to meet the needs of the development,an integrated defense system must be built with human,facilities and technology defenses together,in which,establishing an effective monitoring system is the key. Based on the current situation,this paper first elaborates the security protection system,the network of video monitoring system and its construction. Then it proposes some thoughts on strengthening the construction of security technology.
