在分析区域空间体系发展变化与轨道交通导向作用的基础上,研究重点关注两者的关联性要素:城市多样性、土地开发密度与混合度、分区规划与城市更新、交通规划体制。通过对轨道交通建设如何影响区域内城市结构与城市形态、城市用地布局如何影响交通方式、交通需求进行深入的阐述,可以使我们从一个新的角度(城市和地区的可持续发展、区域规划的协调机制、土地与交通资源的整合)来审视城市发展的政策选择。

On the basis of analysis of changes in regional spatial development and the guiding role of rail transport system, the study focused on two concerns related elements： urban diversity, density and degree of mixing land development, zoning and urban renewal, transportation planning system. By elaborating on the situation of rail transit construction with affect the regional urban structure and urban form ,the layout of urban with affect land transportation and traffic demand in-depth exposition ,allows us from a new angle （sustainable development of cities and regions, regional planning coordination mechanisms, land consolidation and transport resources） to examine policy options for urban development.
